Romans 5:8

"Take a stroll out to the hill. Out to Calvary. Out to the cross where, with holy blood, the hand that placed you on the earth wrote the promise, "God would give up his only son before he'd give up on you."
God, may we never be so educated, may we never be so mature, may we never be so religious that we can see your passion without tears. Sunday's coming!!" 

A friend of mine put this as a status update on her facebook page, and I really felt that I needed to share it. I still have a hard time grasping the enormity of what was given. For me. Praise God, whose love knows no bounds!
